Our Fix-It-up Service is designed to improve the performance of ECs. Our team will provide an individualised assessment of the current situation in the EC and determine the need for improvement. A tailor-made solution will be developed to resolve the issues and improve EC operational efficiency. Follow-up consultation and evaluation will be made to ensure that goals are achieved within reasonable time-frames. This service can also be adapted to fledgling ECs that want to get a head start.
